$50.00 or 10%, Which ever is greater for ALL firearms. All transfered firearms must have a sales invoice so you can be charged properly. All transfers from private owners must hve a very clear readable copy of the sellers drivers license.
For Maryland residents, there is no transfer fee, However, there is an additional $10.00 fee for the Maryland State Police NICS check for regulated firearms only, sold to MD residents, such as all handguns and all assault rifles which are known as regulated firearms.
Don't forget the 7 day wait,(A full 7 days) which means you can pick up your regulated firearm on the 8th. day. A 6% sales tax will be added to all firearm sales in the state of Maryland (NEW,USED & TRANSFERS, NO EXCEPTIONS).
Additionally, If you have a gun you simply don't want any more or want to sell it to buy a new one, I can sell your old or unwanted firearm for you. I will either pay cash or take your firearm on consignment. I usually have fast results by selling your firearm in my shop and advertising it on the web on various auction blocks.
